Good morning everyone! How are you all doing today? So far I am very happy and smiling. It’s Friday! Oh yeah I love it! Which leads to Saturday and to Sunday. Oh I’ll stop there while I’m still smiling at the thought that it is Friday and it’s my day offJ. I’m very happy that I finally get a lot of sleep. Actually it’s already 9am here and I just woke up, it feels so great when I get enough of sleep.
Anyhow I‘m really going to be very busy today by studying my dental assisting books. Plus I have to redo my what to buy list because I forget some other items that I need to buy. Our teacher told us last week that we are also required to buy safety glasses cause we are typically wears mask, safety glasses, and gloves during dental procedure. Wow being a dental assistant really requires a lot of things especially the proper attire. I learned also that Jewelry is not a feasible part of the dental assistant’s wardrobe, as it can get caught on instruments or otherwise impede the dental assistant from performing his or her duties effectively. I am so excited for myself to be able to finish this dental assisting class.
My step father is an laboratory tech which makes crowns, bridges and etc. He knows a lot of dentist who are looking for a dental assisting. Though I applied to one of the doctors that he work with but I didn’t get lucky to get the job cause they required me to have an experience. So going to dental assisting school is a great step that I take.
