diets that work

The picture attach is me with my sister in Boomtown Hotel and Casino after our lunch buffet. The picture taken started. Gosh! we really had a good time though I was not really surprised when I see each one of us ate more than one plates. I must say that the Money we paid for the lunch was really worth it cause we did not leave the place with an empty stomach. Though I heard my sister complaining of how much food she ate and that she needs to weigh herself as soon as we gets home. She kept saying to us that she will be having a difficult time loosing all those foods. I know that she has been started working out (once in a blue moon if she don't get hooked playing games on Facebook) lol! I don't think that way she will succeed on her goal to lose weight. I should say that she really needs to find different ways of diets that works for her. Especially that she is one of those busy mommy's out there that don't have enough time going to the gym. Only one thing I could tell my sister is that I still love her and she still look beautiful even though she looks a little bigger than me and often times friends thinks that she is my older sister lol!
