Breastfeeding has numerous benefits for both mother and baby. I mentioned about it to my other blog. My brother’s girlfriend really needs to read and learn on how to increase breast milk production. I know I’m not a mother yet but I know and I believe that Breastfeeding is highly recommended especially for the first 6 months, not only that but it can also save them a lot of money by buying a formula milk. Imagine how expensive that is. This is the only way I can help them. I feel bad when I say no to my brother whenever he ask me for money. Sometimes I can give him but not often and it makes me so guilty.
