No Pain, No Gain!

I just had my dinner, Burp! Opps! Excuse me. Dang! I ate a lot again tonight. Last night when I was at work I eat too much too. We had a fest at work last night and I couldn’t resist it. Tonight mom cooked pork hamonada and once again I eat too much. Now how can I lose some of this fats on my tummy?

Oh well I’m sure there will be lots of diets that work best for me I just need to be patients and focused my mind. With all the programs out there being promoted today, most people that are also in search for diet pills really gets confused and I am one of them.

Though I really need to be restrictive about my diet plan. I should really stay away from my favorites foods that is fattening ( including rice ) Lol! If I start doing it I’m sure I will be initially lose weight, though I have to keep in maintain cause I’m definitely sure it come back twice as fast if I stop. Ha! Its really hard to look sexy…EKK! no pain no gain!
