Every time I talk to my sister on the phone she keeps telling me that she is really getting frustrated with her diet, although she is glad that she is now working. That means she can stop her habit. When she’s bored she always run to the kitchen and find something to munch but now that she is working she finally able to stop that habit. But I suggested to her that she maybe really need to get some ephedra diet pills because its quicker and a lot easier for her to lose her weight. I just hope she will really consider taking the my advice.
