Halloween Makeup Idea: Fairy Makeup

I always love to search for anything on Google and I am always glad for not having any trouble locating exactly what I'm looking for. I remember 3 weeks ago while I was searching for tips on how to apply make up correctly. I came across to a website that giving tips on how to put make up for Halloween and I found it very useful since the Halloween is almost here. So to those of you who are going to have a Halloween party or going to one, the tips below is really a good idea on how to apply your make up so that you won't look so scary lols.

Traditionally—at least, according to Disney—fairies and fairy godmothers are mischievous and eternally youthful sprites associated with fantasy, wishes and dreams come true. They have their own language (bibbity-bobbity-boo) or tend to communicate in winks, nods and squeaks. By nature, their delicate wings and guiding light make them the protectors in such beloved tales as Peter Pan, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty.

To mimic a fairy’s lit-from-within glow, create a dewy face with a sheer foundation and concealer, as well as shimmery liquid highlighter applied to the temples, brow bone and down the center of the nose (this will reflect light and create a flawless-looking complexion). Rosy pink blush is a must and should be applied generously to the apples of the cheeks. Rely on colored mascara and remember that bit of glitter looks like fairy dust—apply it to the lids, temples and even on top of sheer lip gloss to look ethereal.

Fairy princesses are an elite species since they reign over the fairy kingdom. These rare creatures are distinguished by bright, colorful makeup and heavily lacquered lips (think lots of shine and glitter). False eyelashes will lend a hint of drama to your fairy costume. Opt for feathered or embellished strips that flutter like wings.
