Bird Watching

We usually go to our fishing camp every weekend when it is possible. But since my sister got here in the US I really get bored with fishing but I still love to go to our camp, because there are so much wild life to see including birds. I really like to see the different types of birds that they have at the lake. Every afternoon while our husband’s went fishing I always love to sit outside in our lawn chairs feeding and watching the birds, to see how many different types of birds show up.

You would be amaze at the different types of birds that you could see in a matter of a few minutes. I know I counted at least 15 different types of birds in about 30 minutes. It is such a joy to see and hear the bird singing when they are happy. But it really makes me sad when the squirrel steal all the foods from the bird feeder. Then you don’t have any more birds to watch because the squirrel scare away the birds. How I wish we had a squirrel-proof bird feeder to prevent the squirrel from stealing the birds foods.

So by next year when we go back to our camp I will really make sure to purchase a squirrel-proof bird feeder at birdfeeders.com. They have so many different types of bird feeders that you can get according to your lifestyle, but the one that attracted my attention is like the one in the attach picture below. I can't wait to purchase it soon, so that I can enjoy watching the birds even more and I don’t have to worry about the squirrel stealing all the bird foods.
