Last night before I went to bed I already told myself that I am going back to the gym, but in order for me to do it I should go before I sit here on my computer. But guess what happen? I completely forgot about my plan. I think I need to mark everything on the calendar because I am so forgetful. My husband always ask me what happen to my memory, why is it getting so bad. He has a worse memory than me but he seems to remember the most important things.

I find myself making statements out loud - my husband asks, "Why are you saying that...I don't need to know that." I just respond, "I'm reminding myself."
Kinda quirky, but it usually works when I remind myself out loud in his presence. :-)
hee hee i have a calender too cause my memory is bad, but even worse is i often forget to check the calender. what can you do then lol!
