I told myself before that I couldn’t leave with out rice because if I don’t eat rice it feels like my stomach is so empty. Recently I really tried myself to minimize eating rice cause I know that it has so much calories on it and It really gave me belly plus the fact that I do exercise once in a blue moon lols. I was surprised that I am able to do with out rice. I think its only in my mind that makes me think that I can’t do with out rice. Now I have change my diet by eating vegetables and fruits or salads but I still eat rice once in a while but not as often as I used to be. I also do a little exercise using my hula-hoop while watching TV. Hmm I really love doing multi-tasking hehehe! By keeping a healthy diet really makes you more lighter and give you a lot energy right?

rice is filling. it prob wouldnt hurt to have boiled rice though instead of fried i guess.

Lol, I am like that too. When I don't eat rice, I feel like there is something lack and I am not full enough. It's the mindset I guess.

i love rice lalo na jasmine rice. try brown rice, it's healthier.
First I heard of anyone doing the hoola hoop while watching TV but that's a good idea! I tried doing situps, jumping jacks, squats, or pushups on commercials and it lasted about 2 days. I tried. You'd be surprised how much you can get done on commercials while watching TV.
I have no problem not eating rice, but then I live in Ohio, USA so have a lot more tasty things to eat--pizza, ice cream, donuts, cake, pasta! Oooo I need to be more active!!!!
