Want some lechon or in english roast pig? Hmmm I really miss this delicasy, nothing taste better at a beach party. I really miss the skin of the pig grrr so crunchy. This picture was taken during my engagement party back in 2005. The skin of the letchon has really dissapeared because everybody seems to like the skin better than the meat. When my husband looked at the pork he was kinda of scared looking at the head looking back at him.
