I'm not really a big breakfast person. Sometimes a cup of coffee until lunch. But then, I read some article that drinking coffee can make you look older. I don't know if that's true but one thing i know for sure is whenever I drink coffee it prevented me from going to bed early. So recently I decided to not drink coffee every morning, once in a while is okay. But I challenge myself to start drinking a glass of water and eating yogurt for breakfast before going to work.
I noticed I'd be hungry by 10 if I ate breakfast but be fine until noon if I didn't. But when I'm out of town with Marvin I do eat a proper breakfast it's more of a brunch deal and mostly savory foods. I think thats one of the reason why I stay slim.
